Itinerary
Day 1: Jakarta - Kunming (D)
Arrive at Jakarta airport and board a flight to Kunming. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our local guide and driver who will transfer you to your hotel for check-in and rest.
Day 2: Kunming City Tour (B/L/D)
After breakfast, visit Grand View Park and admire the beautiful Grand View Pavilion, famous for its poem engravings. Next, explore the Golden Temple, a historic Taoist temple built during the Ming Dynasty. Then, head to Green Lake Park and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of this beautiful city park.
Day 3: Kunming - Dali (B/L/D)
After breakfast, continue your journey to Dali, a 4.5-hour drive from Kunming. Upon arrival, visit Dali Ancient City and take photos at the famous Santorini Dali with its Greek-inspired architecture and stunning views of Erhai Lake. Enjoy a one-way buggy ride to the top for a more convenient and scenic experience.
Day 4: Dali - Shangrila (B/L/D)
After breakfast, visit the Erhai Corridor, a scenic route that connects parks, traditional Bai villages, and natural landscapes. Then, head to Xizhou Ancient Town and continue your journey to Shangrila. Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel and rest.
Day 5: Shangrila - Lijiang (B/L/D)
After breakfast, visit Napahai Wetland and take in the beautiful views of this high-altitude wetland and freshwater lake. Next, visit Guishan Park and Dukezong Old Town, famous for its panoramic views and giant prayer wheel. Then, continue your journey to Lijiang. Upon arrival, visit Lijiang Old Town, known for its Naxi ethnic wood architecture and canal system fed by the Yulong (Jade Dragon) Snow Mountain.
Day 6: Lijiang City Tour (B/L/D)
After breakfast, visit Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and take a cable car ride to Yunsanping for stunning views of the snow-covered mountains. Next, visit White Water River Blue Moon Valley and take a buggy ride for a closer look at the crystal clear glacial water. Then, visit Baisha Town for a more serene and authentic experience of Naxi culture.
Day 7: Lijiang - Chuxiong (B/L/D)
After breakfast, visit Lashihai Park, a nature reserve and freshwater lake known as the starting point of the ancient Tea and Horse Road. Then, continue your journey to Chuxiong. Upon arrival, visit Yiren Old Town, a cultural and tourist destination featuring the largest Yi ethnic minority population. Explore the traditional architecture, history museum, local cuisine, and handicrafts.
Day 8: Chuxiong - Kunming (B/L/-)
After breakfast, drive back to Kunming (2.5 hours). Upon arrival, visit Jinbi Archway and Nanping Shopping Street, the oldest and busiest pedestrian shopping district in the heart of Kunming. Then, visit Wangfujing shopping mall and Kunming Old Street. In the evening, visit Nanqiang Night Market for a taste of local street food.
Day 9: Kunming - Jakarta (B)
