Itinerary
Day 1: Jakarta - Incheon
Meet at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and depart for Seoul, Korea. Arrive at Incheon International Airport the next day.
Day 2: Incheon - Nami Island - Mt. Sorak (L)
Upon arrival at Incheon International Airport, you will be greeted by our local guide and begin your tour by visiting the Incheon Inspire Entertainment Resort, the newest entertainment and lifestyle district in Incheon. Then, head to Nami Island, a charming island known for its natural beauty and as the filming location of the famous drama "Winter Sonata". If it's not winter season, the visit will be replaced by Soyanggang Skywalk, a transparent glass bridge offering stunning views over the Soyang River. In winter, there will be an additional visit to Eobi Ice Valley, a unique natural ice valley in Korea. In the afternoon, we will head to Mt. Sorak for a rest at the hotel.
Day 3: Mt. Sorak - Ski Tour - Gyeonggi (B/L)
The second day starts with exploring Mt. Sorak National Park, a national park rich in breathtaking natural scenery. Then, take a cable car up to Gweongeumseong Fortress, a historic fortress located at the peak of the mountain (visit is subject to weather conditions). Nearby, we will also visit Shinheungsa Temple, the oldest Buddhist temple in the region, famous for its giant Buddha statue. After that, we will make a stop at the BTS Bus Stop and the filming location of the drama "Goblin", a popular spot for K-Pop and Korean drama fans. In the afternoon, enjoy a Ski Tour at one of the ski resorts (ski equipment and clothing rental fees not included). If the ski resort is closed or not operating, it will be replaced with a visit to Suwon KBS Drama Center.
Day 4: Gyeonggi - Seoul City Tour (B/L)
After breakfast, we will head to downtown Seoul and start the day with a visit to the National Ginseng Outlet and Cosmetic Duty Free, a popular center for Korean souvenirs. Then, we will wear Hanbok (traditional Korean attire) and visit Gyeongbok Palace, a magnificent palace from the Joseon era. Within the palace complex, there is also the National Folk Museum of Korea, which showcases the traditional way of life in Korea. Before heading back to the hotel, we will pass by The Blue House, the official residence of the President of South Korea. From there, we will visit Bukchon Hanok Village, a traditional Korean village that still maintains its classic Hanok architecture. Then, enjoy shopping at Dongdaemun Market, one of the top fashion districts in Korea.
Day 5: Seoul City Tour (B)
In the morning, we will visit the Red Pine Tree Shop, a place where herbal products made from red pine are sold for health benefits. Then, we will participate in the fun Gimbap Making Experience, where we will make the famous Korean rice rolls. The tour will continue to the Amethyst Showroom, a center for Korean amethyst gemstones. As the grand finale, we will take public transportation to N Seoul Tower and enjoy the panoramic views of the city from the top of the tower. Before heading back to the hotel, we will have some free time for tax-free shopping at DFS (Duty Free Shop) and Myeongdong, the most popular shopping and beauty district in Seoul.
Day 6: Seoul - Jakarta (B)
This morning, we will visit a Grocery Shop to shop for souvenirs and special Korean products. In the afternoon, we will head to the airport for our flight back to Jakarta. Thank you for joining us on this tour with KIA Tour & Travel.
