Day 1: Arrival - Manado City Tour - Makatete Hill (L/D)
Upon arrival at Sam Ratulangi International Airport, you will be greeted by our tour guide and start your tour in Manado with a City Tour. You will visit the city center, Chinatown, Ban Hin Kiong Temple (the oldest temple in Manado built in the 18th century, approximately 300 years old), Sentrum Church (the first Protestant church in North Sulawesi, a relic of the Dutch colonial era), and World War II Monument (a reminder of the city's destruction in 1942 by Japanese soldiers). After that, we will have lunch at a local restaurant before heading to Makatete Hill. Located at an altitude of 200m above sea level, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Manado city, the vast ocean, Manado Tua Island, Bunaken Island, Siladen Island, and Mount Klabat, the highest mountain in North Sulawesi. In the afternoon, we will visit the newly renovated Malalayang Beach Walk, where you can take stunning photos with the background of Bunaken Island and Manado Tua Island. You can also try fried banana with sambal roa (spicy fish sauce) and young coconut (optional). Dinner will be served at a local restaurant and then we will transfer you to your hotel for check-in.
Day 2: Full Day Bunaken Sightseeing Tour (B/L/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, our tour guide will pick you up for a full-day tour to Bunaken. We will take a 30-minute boat ride from Marina Port to Bunaken Island. At Bunaken Marine Park, you can admire the beautiful coral reefs and colorful fish species around the island. Bunaken Island has recently been renovated and now has a more charming and representative face, the Bunaken Tourism Pier. Here, you can take photos with your family or friends. You can also enjoy the beauty of Bunaken Marine Park by taking a Glass Bottom Boat tour. For those who are interested, you can also snorkel or dive (optional) and feed the fish directly from your hand. Lunch will be served on Bunaken Island and afterwards, you can have free time to explore the beach or buy souvenirs. If anyone wants to continue snorkeling or diving for a second session (optional), we can provide this opportunity as well. In the afternoon, we will return to Manado city and visit a souvenir shop before having dinner at a local restaurant. After dinner, we will transfer you back to your hotel for rest.
Day 3: Full Day Likupang Lihaga Island Tour (B/L/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, our tour guide will pick you up for a tour to Likupang. It will take approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from the hotel to get to Likupang. Our first stop is at Serei Port, where we will take a 15-minute speedboat ride to Lihaga Island. Here, you can enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach and take a tour around the island, with its many Instagrammable spots. You can also try water activities such as snorkeling, canoeing, or diving (optional). Lunch will be served on Lihaga Island and after lunch, we will continue our tour to Bukit Larata. This hill is covered in green grass and offers a magnificent view of Paal Beach and its crystal clear water. It's a breathtaking scene that you don't want to miss! However, for those who have limitations (such as fear of heights or any medical conditions), it is recommended to stay at the bottom. We will then head to Paal Beach, a popular destination in Likupang. The clear blue water and soft white sand make it a beautiful sight to behold. You can also try water activities such as banana boat, UFO boat, and more (optional). In the afternoon, we will return to Manado city. Dinner will be served at a local restaurant.
Day 4: Minahasa Highland Tour (B/L/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, our tour guide will pick you up for a trip to Minahasa Highland. On the way, we will pass through Tinoor, where you can see the city of Manado from a height of 500m. Our first stop is at Pagoda Tower, where you can take photos with Mount Lokon as the background. We will then continue to Narwastu Hills, the newest tourist destination in Tomohon. It offers various photo spots and a comfortable hangout place. Next, we will visit Astound Hill Tondano, where you can enjoy the beauty of Tondano Lake from the hill. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant by the lake. After lunch, we will pass through Pulutan, a village known for its pottery, and then visit the village of Kawangkoan, where you can try their famous peanuts and Bakpao (steamed bun) (optional). Our next stop is at Lake Linow, a sulfur lake with ever-changing colors. You will also be served coffee or tea here. Lastly, we will visit a traditional Minahasa house building site in Woloan. We will then return to Manado city and have dinner at a local restaurant before transferring you back to your hotel.
Day 5: Departure (B)
