Package Inclusions:
1. Economy class air ticket (non-endorsable, non-refundable & non-reroutable based on group price/promotion) with Citilink Chartered Flight.
2. International airport tax, fuel surcharge, and other taxes (subject to change without prior notice).
3. Accommodation based on twin sharing in a 4* hotel.
4. Tour activities, transportation, and meals as indicated in the itinerary. (MP – Breakfast; MS – Lunch; MM – Dinner).
5. Baggage allowance of 15kg (for departure flight) and 20kg (for return flight) for 1 luggage, or as per airline regulations. Hand luggage of 5kg is allowed or as per airline regulations.
6. 1 bottle of mineral water per person per day.
7. Mandatory visits to 3 stores: medicine, latex, and jewelry.
8. Tour Leader from Indonesia.
Package Exclusions:
1. Travel documents such as passport, entry permit, etc.
2. Personal expenses such as phone calls, room service, laundry, mini bar, additional food and beverages, and other expenses.
3. Excess baggage (additional fees for luggage above 20kg), customs fees in Jakarta or the visited country.
4. Single Supplement for guests occupying a room alone.
5. Travelling bag.
6. Travel insurance.
7. MANDATORY China Group Visa Rp 980,000++ per person.
8. Tips for Tour Leader, Local Guide & Driver IDR 850,000.
9. 1.1% VAT (MANDATORY).

Terms & Conditions:
• Prices are based on a minimum of 25 adult participants + 1 Tour Leader.
• International airport tax, fuel surcharge, visa fees, and personal travel insurance may change anytime and will be adjusted accordingly before departure.
• No meals on board.
• In case of visa application (if required), participants must comply with the requirements and schedule set by the Embassy, and visa fees are non-refundable regardless of the Embassy's decision.
• The group will only depart if the minimum number of participants mentioned in the above price section is reached.
• Tour activities may change or be rearranged according to flight and hotel availability in each city/country. If there is an ongoing exhibition/conference in the visited city, or if the designated hotel is fully booked, it will be replaced with a similar hotel in the nearest city.
• In the event of Force Majeure (unforeseen circumstances such as loss, damage, delay, disruption, natural disasters, etc.) that may affect the tour, changes will be made and are non-refundable. The tour price does not cover any additional expenses caused by Force Majeure.
• Cancellation/Rescheduling of the tour prior to the departure date will incur the following fees:
- After registration: Deposit (non-refundable)
- 20 - 10 calendar days before departure date: 75% of tour price
- 9 calendar days before departure date: 100% of tour price

Tour Payment:
1. Deposit of Rp 5,000,000 per person along with passport copy.
2. Tour price is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the guest.
